Had my relatives surgery for kidney stones done under the Urologist Dr.Muhilan Parameswaran.

First experience with TMC. I'ved prolapsed L2-S1. See the Dr. on 19/12 for the first checking. MRI on the following day. Admitted on 20/12 without any problem. GL arrangement is good.
5 star for Dr. Hisham Kunhimon. He is very good Dr. No any complaint for his service.
But I feel sorry to say that I was a bit disapointed during my dischaged. Nurse who released the discharged doc, did'nt give clear explanation. This morning, TMC called me to take my ubat, to take discharged letter. It supposed to be settled during my discharged. Luckily, I have physiotheraphy for today session. Hope, all nurse well educate on how to handle diacharged matter.

I would like to say thank you to Datuk Dr Joseph for handling my case and also the nurses. Not to forget the two staff from billing department name Fredolin and Zakeus who explaining me very detail about my Insurance policy. Fredolin and Zakeus a very helpful staff and i really appreciate thier help as I'm first time admmitted in the hospital without any knowledge of the SOP for admission.

I have pleasant experience throughout my whole pregnancy journey with TMC. My husband and I feel grateful to have Dr Wai as my gynae . He is a very sincere , patience doctor and being very supportive throughout the whole journey . His nurse Ms June is also very patience and helpful .

Doctors are good but in terms of services, those nurses' servicing need to upgrade a bit to their customers/patients. E.g. Admission / discharge counters should all the time to standby the personnel at its division place. Including the lunch hour. Front desk people and nurses need to be work more efficiency and prompt to deliver a good service to the patients. As I found that TMC nurses are always let patients to wait for so Long in wad, and also the difference of front desk sections.

the malay nurses at the Daycare unit were so kind and friendly, they smile alot and were patient in explaining things to the patients, thanks so much u awesome ppl, we need to duplicate them and send them across the world ?
i went to see Dr Gan Ing Earn and he was so kind and gentle n understanding. Again, we need to duplicate him and send him across the world
