The lack of wifi other than in the Reading Room and in the business centre was rather inconvenient and the way they informed us appeared a matter of factly. Mosquitoe control can also be improved. The service is excellent, employees are always courteous and helpful. The choice of swimming pool is brilliant, especially how they carefully divide the young family with children from the couples who just want to have a quiet and relaxing time. There has been a renovation ongoing however the work haven't been audible to us at all.

Pros: An absolutely stunning setting with beautiful rooms Location: The resort had enough going on for us to not need to see what was going on nearby. Right from the welcoming at the airport this resort oozed class. A lovely resort and a beautiful location to spend our last few days in Malaysia. The staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The beach is stunning with plenty of activities. Beautiful pools and the restaurants served high quality menus, both Malaysian and European. The room themselves were fantastic with fantastic beds and bathroom facilities. I will definitely stay here again.

Paradise Within Paradise 'This was the most fantastic holiday I have had for years. From the moment I was greeted by my chauffeur till he dropped me back, it was a holiday of a lifetime. I cant recommended this bit of paradise enough. The all in inclusive package was worth every penny. The food quality was up there with the best and i could eat what I want when I want. I've never seen any package like it. The rooms were spacious and above all the service was just plain excellent. I will be going back for more. The resort just emailed me about their latest offer. Book before the 31 December and get a sea facing suite (80 sq. m) with the all inclusive package at their standard rate. If you are planning a romantic holiday, just go to their website and ask for the Paradise Within Paradise offer. You wont be disappointed.'
