Dah masuk 5 tahun pakai server freak. Pernah manage sampai 10 domain & 4 hosting. Package Spec - 4.5/5 Price - 4.5/5 Server performance - 4.5/5 Technical Support - 5/5 Admin / Billing Support - 5/5 Setakat ni client saya takde complaint. Oleh itu saya bagi 5 bintang !! p/s: Support memang terbaik. Good Malaysian people

I am really puzzled of my experience. I contacted over a simple question but was just turned down. I see this company has a very good reputation but maybe due to some staff(s) disagreement which might just bring everything crumbling down.. I almost bought your plan but when i contacted your support which is really being the worse ever i have experienced. So sorry for the negative comment among the good ones above. Contact me for more info if you are interested in bucking up your service.

Everybody has issues, but the most important thing is the speed of sorting it out. So, every now and then I have to create a ticket to resolve my problems. And even though I'm not tech savvy/inclined their support can get me thru it. This time Mr Azlan solved it for me! Thanks!

Very good after sales support, respond time is less than 1 hour, much better than other so called multinational companies in the market. 5 star rating for the support staff Mr Azlan!
