I am really puzzled of my experience. I contacted over a simple question but was just turned down. I see this company has a very good reputation but maybe due to some staff(s) disagreement which might just bring everything crumbling down.. I almost bought your plan but when i contacted your support which is really being the worse ever i have experienced. So sorry for the negative comment among the good ones above.
