i've been sending my cat here from when she's still a kitten until now- for neutering, boarding or when baby was not feeling well. the staffs are very caring and professional.

one of the best service i've ever experienced. .even my cats which i cannot handle,become so baikkkk dgn the doctors. .cats also have instinct right. highly recommended for your cutie eventhough i need to drive 1 hour to this clinic,bcause i live in melawati. but bcause the best service,convenient area,clean and well manage,i dont really mind. highly recommended!!! sure your cutie happy

i really like this clinic,the environment and the service let me feel comfortable and can release my nervous and panic feeling. those cats so cute. the fees for treament is normal price,wont be too expensive. the most important is my hamster slowly get well. before treament he no dont have energy, keep sleeping and dont want to eat the food. when get him back to my home, he start to eat apple (fruit was the pretty docktor suggest to me,she considerate write down what type of fruit/vegetrables can feed hamster )

they give you such most heartwarming welcome once you get into their clinic. the staffs are friendly neither to you as a human and to your beloved pets. plus, their facility was very convenient and love their cleanliness. further, the vets gave the best service to your pets, as they know what's the best for them. they're very caring and very helpful. they won't make you regret as they give their best for you and your beloved pets

family vet for my puppy and kitten. very friendly and professional staff with reasonable rates. lots of information is provided if you have any doubts. dr ima will answer even the "dumbest" question with patience and enthusiasm. waiting area is very comfortable, but if you are not comfortable with waiting, i would recommend to call ahead and arrange an appointment. very happy with serv-u vet clinic and surgery!
