I sent an abandoned cat , who came to the house for food, to the hospital for help because the cat was in bad shape. The vet only gave was medn for worm , & fleece ( to do at home) & cream for a wound . My son was asked to bring her home.

The cat was really weak with diarrhoea & not eating or drinking.

I went back to send the cat.

Paid deposit for the cat to be admitted & to be checked thoroughly.

What i upset about is the the attitude of the receptionist & veterinarians towards customers!

They should not work there if they dont like the job.

Dont pass your ugly attitude to customers please

The vets are quite rude too .

I brought my cat during lockdown. Dr Ada saw her and her advice and experience seemed very sound. There were a mix of vets I saw although most looked quite young. They have all round services and are open daily, an advantage due to their numbers. They also have emergency services, I think. The phone, is always engaged, although one vet mans it for questions. They prob need an extension for non clinical queries, to be answered by an experienced admin clerk for appointments and the like.

There is also a grooming centre cum pet shop down the road, which is handy.

I am happy with this centre so far.

I like the interacial feel although I didn't see any malay vets.
