Perfect location in the middle of OUG residential area. Car park available inside building, rm3/entry.

Pros: Cheaper than Sportsarena Sentosa. Great!!
Cons: A bit compact and small compare to Sportsarena Sentosa. But the price beat it all.
Edit: The area around the building is quite jam in dinner and pasar time. Underground parking is RM3/hr according to my experience.
