Shilpa Ghatalia is such an incredible teacher. I met her over a decade ago while starting my journey of yoga. I had the opportunity to take a class on a return visit to KL. I was honoured to teach an Ayurveda workshop at her studio, and then I enjoyed a class with Shilpa. She is holistic and integrative with her approach. Very special space and teacher

I attended the wonderful 21 day course. It helped undo many misconceptions I had on how certain poses should be done and also improved my overall posture.. I find myself more mindful of each pose and more focused. The routines turn into a form of moving meditation. I will definitely continue to practise and hopefully progress! Completely hooked! A fantastic experience!
