Trainer Allan is very good. Compare to other gyms i have been i think this gym is good. Nice facility. Very welcoming.

Whenever u looked out from window in this studio, the view around is so peaceful. The place not crowded, so if you going PT session, u will be really focused on your workout. Music volume is big enough. Today I went for the 1st PT session there with Allan. Nice person i would say. Talking with him is like i'm talking with friend! And if the workout too hard for me, he can adjust the workout on the spot so that can push me to finish it! Nicely done Allan!

Hardeep is very friendly and helpful. It was my first power plate training and I absolutely loved it. Gym is clean and equipped with all the things you need. Highly recommended.
