You can find all you need to build your muscle here, completed equipment. And the jember charges is very cheap per month, only 69rm. Have enough space and the staff have a great service. But dont go here after 5am, so many members will exercise here and too crowded.

Been going here for a year and a half. Love the place, nothing fancy but works for me. Owner is open to suggestions and most importantly, always looking to improve the place. Gets a bit packed during peak hours as it is located in a shop lot, but otherwise nothing much to hate on.

one of the two indie gyms around subang/sunway areas. so its either THIS, or BLITZ. i never liked blitz (lets not go there) but CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. heres why : Pros: 1)THE BOSS IS FRIENDLY. he asks from time to time about hows your work out progressing and stuff. hes open to comments, open to suggestions, good attitude. the staffs are cool too. the last thing you wanna face with after a long day at work is whereby a retard trainer/manager of the gym shouting at you telling you 'DONT DROP THE WEIGHTS , I GIVE YOU ONE MORE WARNING' (YES WE ALL KNOW WHICH GYM DOES THIS). so yeah, free and easy. 2)ALL KINDS OF BARS can be found. EZ BARS, STRAIGHT BARS, even (bars that i dont even know the name to but they are used for shrugs) are here. so dont worry about the equipment. dumbells are capped at 50kg. which is PERFECT. the gym im in now max out at 40kgs. which *inappropriate words* so bad, i mean cmon, who stops at 40kg no kettlebells though. machine wise, they have alot of variety, enough for you to do every workout that ever/would exist. 3)Atmosphere wise, its spacious. easy to move about. just imagine an old school john cena garage gym, yeah that. not too many fans blowing at you, not too cold as there are no air cons. plus if you like cars you get to listen engine revs whenever you workout(car garage are just behind the gym). nothing too comfortable, but it feels just right. Cons: 1)As i've visit the gym during their soft launch i realise there are a few things they are missing. equipment wise Upright vertical chairs ( for dumbbell shoulder press and what not ) Adjustable decline benches. this made me very sad because it was abs day and i didnt get to do my russian twists because this bench is missing hamstring curl/leg extension machines. no idea why they are missing. crucial. A space for doing deadlifts. for now you have to take the bar over to the concrete area, which has no rubber floor tiles, to do your deadlifts. i dont mind, but note to owner that'll damage your bars/weights. plus it makes a loud noise when you drop it on concrete. accessibility wise WHERES THE LOCKER. ohman no lockers haha no drinks sold. no place for stretching/mat workouts, which most girl needs. ( i dont know if they have it or not, maybe its upstairs) and yeah, about the cons of this gym, they might have rectified it as this review is based on my visit at 29/04/2014. so fret not, go on and get yourself a free trial and try this gym out. check whether they have rectified it and let me know ps: i'd definitely join here after my contract ends with my current gym. goodjob muscle theory
