Service good & fast at registration counters. At Pharmacy kinda slow. At least half hr waiting for meds. Waiting to see doctors take sometime of waiting. Parking area shud be improve. The hosp has a big carpark but they cud upgrade to multi-levels parking. Dont mind paying RM2 per entry as long as can get a space to park. Rank & File staff & Trainee doctors shud park at the ERL carpark & take the shuttle van. Unless they work evening or nite shifts then they can use the carpark at the hosp.ground. Mornings are peak time. Ppl parking all over main roads & getting summons too. Pls make it easy for us regular patients. TQs.
