gorgeous view and the height makes breakfast even more delightful!great rooms with modern interior; good service by friendly staff as well.breakfast was good from a little of western, chinese, indian, middle eastern etc. however, would be better if the local malaysian spread had more options. the teh tarik is a must try! :)

I had the opportunity to be a guest at a private room for buffet lunch on 23 April 2017. Hats up to the chefs for the sumptuous and delicious food, for which I would most likely visit again. But the quality of service at the operational level certainly needs improvement. Following are details of my comments: As my friends and I sat down at a partially occupied table, we wished the waiters or waitresses were more alert towards guests who came in and where they sat. Even after we have sat down for some time, we were not provided with cutlery and serviette until we asked for them. Used plates were also not cleared up to the time we finished eating.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Always met with a greeting and smile by all staff. The room was fantastic with beautiful city views. I loved the drenching rain shower and bath an a wetroom design and loved how the room was separated into sections: vanity area, dressing room, refreshments area. Interior design was beautiful and modern with an eclectic combination of marble, wood, glass and chrome. Cleaning staff were very generous and thoughtful with replenishing room supplies. Beautiful lobby area with tranquil water feature. Might benefit from a seating area in the lobby for guests awaiting transportation. The actual check in lobby was on the top 39th floor which gave us stunning night time views of the iconic Petronas towers when we arrived at night. Breakfast area and choice were outstanding. Chefs were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Food was amazingly great! Celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary with the kids, so we ordered room service instead of dining in. Your 350g ribe eye is the best! We requested for a roll away bed, and was told by the reservation hotline that its gonna cost rm80. Upon checking out, we got it on the house instead. Special thanks to Anni (front desk) for the anniversary gift, it was very thoughtful of you!. Although the decor and settings are top notch exclusive, but staffs are warm and family like, making visitors feel really at home. Will definitely come again!

Great hotel , it's the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are huge , bathrooms perfect size, room service food top notch. Compliments to the chef too. Would recommend anybody coming to kl to stay here. Great compliments but only one slight comment Just the staff , would appreciate the receptionist could look at me too when explaining about the hotel and not just explaining to the husband because he did the booking or paid for it, priority or respect should always go both but more to the women/wife/Partner.

We were in Thirty8 for Valentine's dinner but kinda disappointed with the dining area as it wasn't decorated at all. Come on Hyatt, at least some balloons tie to the chair or roses petals on the tables to bring some "uummph" and more lovey atmosphere of such important date to all the love birds. The pano view of KL was great but too bad there were just none any additional touch up for the date! Couldn't see the effort at all vs the price we've paid for the Valentine's menu.

The best ever service and luxury hotel...Well served and good english speaking staff...Very helpfull and polite Front Office. A special thanks to the professional Front Officer Mr.Reevan who assit us to check in and even offered complimentary Breakfast...Very comfortable and convinient . I Would highly recommend this hotel to all. Although the price tag is of course expensive but it worth the stay and service

The use of soft linens instead of normal towels is the highlight for me. Took the dream 90 min treatment with custom massage concentrating on the back. Obligatory back cracking massage was fulfilled without any problem. Very comfortable massage table, room, ambience. The therapies was skillful & careful to avoid any ticklish areas as per request. Ive even managed to fell into a brief sleep which is something very seldom happening to me. Price are on the high side though.
