Dr. Eugene is very caring and is a very experienced doctor. The clinic closed at 1pm on Saturday but due to personal reason, I can only make it that day 2pm and he waited for me despite his busy schedule ahead.

I would say he's really experienced as he carefully diagnosed and sorted out very quickly within 5 min. Wld highly recommend him to anyone!

My sister recommends Dr. Eugene. She says he is so caring that he even gives his private number to his patients. That's probably why the line to see him is long.

Dr. Eugene has lots of patients. He is also a lecturer at UM and holds clinics at both UMMC and UMSC. Even though he earns more from UMSC patients because it is private, he cares for his UMMC patients the same way he does for his UMSC patients.

I went to Dr. Eugene and my impression is he is not professional. He had to look up my condition on the internet and doesn't seem to be knowledgeable enough about it. We were quite disappointed.

I had my first session with Dr. Eugene and I was quite surprised about the amount we ended up paying. I had a blood test, urine test, scanning and medication plus the consultation fee and it all totalled to RM260 . Other doctors charged me RM220 just for consultation and scanning alone.

Dr. Eugene is a very caring and friendly doctor. What I don't like about him though is that his equipment is a bit outdated.

Dr. Eugene's bill is expensive! I had to spend RM 178 for consultation, medical disposable, ultrasound and admin fee.

My husband and I are very comfortable with Dr. Eugene. He is very considerate. Whenever you need to dress down, he turns away and gives you some private time. His nurse is also very nice.
