I agree. Dr. Eugene's priority is not money but his patients' well-being. If you need to have surgery that will be very expensive, he does not mind transferring you to UMMC from UMSC so that you will not have to pay that much.

Normal C-section with Dr. Eugene costs RM7k, but he arranged to have my scanning sessions at UMMC so that it will be cheaper.
