Dr. Eugene is very caring and is a very experienced doctor. The clinic closed at 1pm on Saturday but due to personal reason, I can only make it that day 2pm and he waited for me despite his busy schedule ahead.
I would say he's really experienced as he carefully diagnosed and sorted out very quickly within 5 min. Wld highly recommend him to anyone!
