A really sweet group! Dropped in for the morning WOD and had a great time. Clean/organised environment and self-motivated individuals. Jon is a friendly and patient instructor. Recommend anyone who hasnt tried crossfit or have been doing it for years!

Dropped in to do 16.4 while on holiday. Coach and athletes were friendly and welcoming, and it's a nice space. Very reasonable drop-in rate and incredibly easy to get with an Uber. Thank you!

Had an awesome workout here in October 2015 while visiting from Sydney. A really friendly atmosphere with some seriously strong and athletic (and friendly!) members. Thanks for your hospitality and the great WOD. Hope to visit again some day
