Country Home Postnatal Retreat & Confinement House

I had a very pleasant stay at Country Home. The lady owner, Fern is a very responsible, passionate and kind person. All the nannies were brilliant in taking care of my baby during my stay there. The maid was very hardworking in making sure the rooms and public areas were clean and tidy. Ginger Tea and Rice Tea were provided daily. Laundry service was also provided daily. The food were personally curated and cooked by Fern herself and they taste amazing, daily dose of herbal soup twice per day and a serving of Soh Hup was also provided daily. When I developed mastitis, Fern was quick to offer help. I highly recommend this confinement centre. The only downside is the rooms here are rather small compared to other confinement centres. But the comfort of staying here outweighs the size of the room in my personal opinion.

i think you need to pay more attention /HEART to mummy who is breastfeeding...a proper guidance is needed. if mummy really doesn't have enough milk then of course we have no choice but to feed formula. But please do not mislead mummy that they have no enough breast milk to feed their babies. direct latching is always the best way to stimulate milk. Pressing/pumping milk for 30min is crazy. How can mummy have enough milk to feed babies after they have pressing out all their milk???????? Of course babies are crying because when they *inappropriate words*, there are no milk out from the breast. And, this is the best time for your side to promote/selling formula???? Because babies are hungry and mummy couldn't supply their babies with their own milk???? please, love is needed here. nothing wrong in feeding formula. BUT, again, if mummy prefers to breastfeed, please help in assisting them, not misleading them. you immediate attention on this is much appreciated. every babies is deserved for better choice. breastmilk is full of antibodies & nutrients where we couldn't find it in formula. when there is a choice, breastmilk is always the first choice.
