Cameron Highlands Resort

We loved our stay there, if we should commnet on sometime it is: The gardens are Nice, but a bit more tidiness would benefit. Noice from the Road but only doing the Day.Very friendly staff, very High level of service. Excellent food in the restaurant. Lovely breakfast, good that it is not the traditionel buffet, but individual servings. The hiking trip offered by the hotel was excellent.

had a great time at the hotel, tea factory, strawberry park, and other places. had great time shopping and walking around too. can get fresh vegetables for low prices.. will definitely come back..

1st time i went to Cameron Highland, my family and i decided to stay at this resort. Its not a regret decision though as it is really comfortable. We are very satisfied with the facilities and services that are provided and the view and surroundings are very fantastic. Really recommended as the staff are really friendly and u will not having any difficulties and troubles by staying at this resort as the staff are very helpful..

very comfortable. dont feel like leaving the room. reasonable price but hard to get a booking especially on public holidays or weekends. so if you plan to go book early.

Clean, spacious rooms, and large comfortable beds. Friendly, attentive staff who were very helpful but not in your face. Very relaxing communal areas. Gerard and Dev deserve a special mention Gerard in particular went out of his way to recommend places to visit and guide us to them. Breakfast was fine, although very European biased ( it would have been nice to have options such as roti canai and nasi lemak). Kids menu very good quality, especially pasta. And all without aircon, which was a refreshing change from the rest of Malaysia !!

The service was attentive on all levels, from the bellhops who took our luggage right after we parked, to the tea and dining room staff who went out of their way to ensure that we had the best possible dining experience. The welcome drink and hot towels during check in were especially nice. The downsides, like many others have pointed out, are the issue of road noise at night, and the soft pillows. I like soft pillows, but I think the ones provided were a little too soft even by my standards. The hotel should really invest in some quality double glazed window panels to block out some of the noise, it would make the stay that much more relaxing. Nevertheless, I cannot wait to stay here again during my next trip up.
