V Care Animal Clinic

Staff and doctors are very friendly towards customers. Staff/docs deal with pets with much compassion and care. I trust them in handling my pets well. So far I'd bought my dogs here for castration (wound heal nicely and without scar/complication, and they provide good and helpful advice on taking care of the dogs while healing.) Others include TVT jabs, which my dog recovered quite well from it too, after half year of treatment here. TVT vaccination service is not available in UMK, but thanks to Vcare, my dog managed to survive through it. The medications they provide may be slightly pricey, but they are effective. Wide range of treatment too. The treatment area is also very clean and well-sterilised. Everything is well-organized. Staffs are very efficient too. Some parts to improvise on would be to put air purifier in the lobby area, as sometimes it have lingering odour that might be unpleasant to other customers. And sometimes waiting time is abit long too. Will definitely come back here! A very welcoming place for pets. Thank you so much for all the satisfactory service! :) keep it up!

The price are good and affordable because I've seen some clinics, the price are mosre expensive than this clinics
