I adopted a dog recently and through the excellent reviews made by others, I brought him to Urban paws. The doctors there took the time to explain how to care for my new pet as it is my first time dealing with a dog. a week later, my little doggie was down with tick fever. it was during CNY and even though the clinic is closed, Dr Agas took me through what to expect, where else to go to and how to monitor doggie through phone. He is the most caring person when comes to animals !
