In fact i went there not as a guest but as a guest employee. but quite Charmed with the hospitality of every single staff. Dreamy place, Almighty Allah has blessed the place with His grace. The natural beauty made my eyes charmed and expect to go there for a tour this time. My words are not enough to express my fellings. The local people were just awesome, i can remember some sweet memories with them. . the memory of the place will remain ever fresh in my mind.

I just want to congratulate YTL Hotel and the management and staff of Tanjong Jara Resort for their unparalleled service standards that can only earn praise. May other hotels in Malaysia see you as the standard to go for in achieving true customer satisfaction. When the guest is happy, anything that goes wrong is forgivable. Having said that, you did not do anything wrong. In fact, you did everything right and my husband and I had a splendid, restful and romantic stay there. Thank you to Hamdan and his team at Di Atas Sungei, to Austin and the wonderful reception folks whom I sadly forgot their names. And to that friendly staff at Teratai Terrace who helped rush our lunch take aways.
