I had the pleasure of working with Senior Service Officer Ms. Jasmine Ho this morning. She immediately took care of all of my concerns in a cheerful and effective manner, which was a wonderful difference. She was considerate enough to acknowledge my wife's birthday and even send her birthday wishes for the impending trip.

We went to the counter to check possibility we could use our economy light tickets to change the dates of our flights. Officer Jennifer Tan provided us with outstanding assistance in changing our flight dates due to a medical condition with supporting documentation. Not only was it possible for my spouse and I to modify our trip dates, but it was also possible for me.
