I tried an Indon-style massage to try to increase my milk supply,despite my high pain tolerance,  it was really uncomfortable and didn't work well. I was desperate and had blocked ducts, so I tried Schone Mama, and Adeline help to relief the ducts in one visit! She also gave me some great advice on how to increase my milk supply, and today, on my third visit, I did see improvement!

Upon attending a trial session for both pelvic pain, I was amazed by the technology and techniques used for recovery. I can see the changes after a few sessions. It also relieved some of the aches I was experiencing physically.

Adeline and SY have been really helpful in my session at Schonemama. They are responsive to my needs and  able to deliver their experience through their massage therapy. So far so good with my encounter with them.
