Although their employer first refused to process a refund, offering instead more time and vouchers, Dorothy took the initiative and decided to process the return while she spoke with her accounts department. She insisted on making sure the problem is fixed right away, even though we had already discussed that we could wait for the refund and that we wouldn't want her to pay out of pocket without compensation. She then went ahead and paid the reimbursement right away. I want to praise her for having a great attitude, being very accountable

Overall, Dorothy is kind, friendly, and outgoing, which makes our KTV experience enjoyable and seamless! We would most certainly make this our hangout.
