On working days, the response is helpful and timely! I called them when i noticed ants started to appear at my house, and they left after two days.

I just had a free consultation with Mr. Yap and it was great experience! he was knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell and took his time going around my unit and  advice on how to avoid problems. Not needed to hire any services at this time, but he was still really kind and helpful.

I called Innovative Pest because I suspected my apartment might be infested with termites. Mr. Yap set up an inspection for my unit for the next day after promptly attending to my inquiries and concerns via text and phone.
