Very bad customer service. No one has come to help me in the good five minutes that I have been staring at the instax there. When I followed up to inquire about the specifications and dimensions, the staff simply said, "Oh, it's already there."

Nobody seems eager to make any sales at all.

The level of service was outstanding. The camera was fixed within a month. Employees described the tasks completed during the servicing. For the serviced camera, I also received a bag.
