Nobody welcomed us and the shop was vacant. We had to wait ten minutes for the staff to ask us. Unable to take a baby's passport photo. Worst Photoshop ever, according to the staff: "Normally we don't do for baby 3 years old and below." Employees are rude and even argue back. I'm really disappointed with the service.

Particularly the two women in red shirts, the staff members are amiable. incredibly helpful and patient. I had a great experience getting my passport-sized photo taken here.

Ms Tan maintained her professionalism and had a wonderful attitude while providing service, despite the fact that the machine was causing a lot of hassle for both the staff and the customer. She persisted and eventually got the system to function properly for me. The entire procedure went well, even though Ms. Tan was not at blame for the lengthy delay.
Had it not been for the machine's instability, I'm sure the earlier reviews would have been more favorable. Despite the circumstances, Ms. Tan and Ms. Khin are deserving of credit as employees.
Would visit once more
