Both the food and the service are outstanding. among my favorites in the area, especially the bolo bun.

The first drawback is that a fine dining establishment like Crystal Jade should not have to skimp on small details like charging $1.5 per person for water, $.40 for towels, and even $4 for table pickles. You're capable of more than this.
The good: our meal experience was excellent; everything we ate tasted great. The roasted pork on the BBQ roast plate was flavorful and crispy, and the platter itself was fantastic. As anticipated, the personnel was really courteous and competent.
