We recently had a dead rat in the house and  it smelled awful, we couldn't find it. Ivan was really thorough in his investigation, looking in all possible places to make sure there were no dead rats or indications of a rat infestation. In order to stop such situations, he shared with us which areas needed to be adjusted or changed. After the task was completed, we also received pictures and a brief report complete with action plans. Excellent work, professionally done, and reasonably priced.
