We knew we wanted to engaged Batisah ID even before we received our BTO key. No matter how big or small the details were, they were sensitive to our designs and helpful right from the beginning. Even though construction didn't begin until December 2023, Cik Batisah and Muz did their utmost to accommodate our request to move in before January 2024. They keep us informed at every stage of the renovation process, and we know that we can raise any concerns at any time, and they will do their best to address them as quickly as possible. Since it was our first time buying a home, Batisah ID also offered helpful renovation suggestions, enabling us to discuss our thoughts with one another.

August 2023 marked the beginning of our engaging with them.We were given a quotation, but we weren't pressured to commit.Their ideas, nonetheless, impressed us.They are the only ID that is able to commit within the time frame we set.

We appreciate that they never overpromised, kept us informed every week and made sure the renovations were proceeding as planned. They've begun and finished before you know it. Their work greatly impressed my spouse.
