We went to the counter to check possibility we could use our economy light tickets to change the dates of our flights. Officer Jennifer Tan provided us with outstanding assistance in changing our flight dates due to a medical condition with supporting documentation. Not only was it possible for my spouse and I to modify our trip dates, but it was also possible for me.
