I was at Zurich Greenhill branch,Ipoh at around 10 a.m. regarding my policy review.The insurance officer who attended to my issue was Mr Jonas William.A big salute to Mr Jonas for his patience ..hearing my doubts n thank you very much for the clarification given on the matter which was such a delay since i submitted my forms on 17 January 2020.Mr Jonas is a good example of an employee in a private sector which we seldom come across nowadays...very polite, patient n knowledgeable .He managed to explain to me what exactly was in the review letter and I would like to thank him once again. Now I fully understood the Pengkadaran semula caj Tabbarru letter and i know what to do.I would like to give Mr Jonas William 10/10 points as client satisfaction .
