THANKFUL: On the 3th Apr 17, 11.30am journey from ipoh to Klia the road was heavy jem due to some accident at Tg Malim and at Sungai Buloh. Im a staff in klia was going to my work which will start at evening 3pm. I was lost and thought might be absent to my work due to the heavy jem which takes long hours to clear. But yoyo management had make a decision to take a different roots to klia and make sure all his passengers reach at klia on respective time as schedule. I saw most of the bus was stuck in the traffic jem. Yoyo management provide a good service by tackling traffic jem on road by using other roots should be appreciated. Its show they care about their passengers. Im also so thankful to da driver of AJY 2020 bus coz even he just drive on 90/km he manage to bring us safely on 3.15pm i have reach klia n join to my work. He care n guide us with traffic info on tat day. I thank again to Yoyo management and the driver to given good service for customers.Appreciate and well done .
