Saya sangat tidak puas dengan yes, kerana perkhidmatan mereka sangat teruk dan caj package saya dengan suka hati. Kerana saya hanya hutang bil yes selama seminggu tetapi yes caj saya lebih rm40 kerana saya lambat bayar. Adakah ini alasan yang kukuh?
