My panasonic washing machine was insured on purchase at Harvey Normah Kuching. I am very impressed by the responsiveness of Ibnor at the Yeon Seng Office who helped me to get his technician Jojo to attend to me today (tue) even though they had only got the notice today.
my complaint was lodged last Friday.
