Great service! Initially I had trouble with the location of the rental but they patiently guided me to where their office is through the phone. They also extended the time for us regarding when to return the car because we wanted to use it for a longer time. They were extremely understanding when I returned the car 20 minutes later due to the traffic. Highly recommend!

I from Singapore, I being renting car from world car rental for many years now whenever I need to travel for both work or holidays, likewise to my colleague or friends whom need car renting services. To-date we have no issues or problems with them. My family and I like their prompt reply and services and they always got veriaty of car available to suit our requirements or budget. I will have no reservations to recommend them to all my friends or public. Sometimes bad comments might be very subjective and I'm convinced they will provide the reasonable services and quality as promised.
