Very annoying indian male cashier...at 6.30pm...still asking customer for exact amount of cash on items bought. In Nue Sentral... customer are in a hurry due to the public transportation booked.

Jangan bagi customer SUSAH boleh ke...plus for Watsons management..do u hv to keep such staff that will spoilt yr reputation?

07042022 - SY MEMBUAT PEMBELIAN. CASHIER ( IRENE ) SALAH PUNCH JUMLAH ( RM104.27 ) SEPATUTNYA CUMA ( RM90.00 ). DEBIT CARD SY DI DEBIT 2 KALI ( RM104.27 & RM90.00 ). BILA SY MINTAK DIPULANGKAN JUMLAH YG SALAH 2 KAKITANGAN LAIN ( HUSNA & NURIN ) MENGATAKAN MENGIKUT PROSIDUR WATSON'S IANYA AKAN MENGAMBIL MASA 3 HARI UTK MEMULANGKANNYA TAPI SEHINGGA 12042022 ( 6 HARI ) JUMLAH TERSEBUT MASIH TIDAK DIPULANGKAN, YG MELAKUKAN KESALAHAN DGN MENDEBIT AKAUN SY ADALAH MEREKA TAPI KENAPA SY YG TERPAKSA MENANGGUNG RISIKONYA??? BERAPA LAMA LAGI SY TERPAKSA MENUNGGU ATAU ADAKAH SY PERLU MELAPORKAN KES INI KE JABATAN HAK PENGGUNA UTK MENDAPATKAN SEMULA WANG SY???

i dont like the cashier there.. oh my, so rude, excuse me, if u want to work at counter, do learn how to serve customer.. the face and the tone while talking to me so rude.. she ask me if I have small money or not, and i said no, with her mad face said that why dont i bring small money,, oh my...cashier at watson Kubang Kerian is very rude..please teach her so yaa

I don't get it why the clerk at Watson's Village Mall Sungai Petani Kedah gotta be such piece of *inappropriate word*. .? Can't they understand there are people who were introverted and it took all their might to go out , meet people just to buy their needs. .? Her tones while talking and then my change RM 22.95 after she asked me several times do I have 5 cents and my answer was no but she insisted me to find 5 cents even I keep saying I don't have change then she gave me 95 cents with all 9 pieces of 10 cents value 1 piece of 5 cent. .. When I walk out from the store , she was laughing with her friend like making fun of me. .?!!??? WHAT THE ACTUAL *inappropriate word*. .? Alright dude alright good luck next

Sy tdk suka dgn cashier perempuan Watson tuaran sangt kurang ajar dgn customer, sebagai cashier harusla ada sikap peramah dlm diri. Ketika sy membayar sy bagi Rm50, then dia tnya sy ada duit kcil atau tdk sy blg sy tdk ada duit kcil, lepastu dia tnya sy ada boost ada debit? Sy blg kad sy tinggl boost sya tiada. Lepastu ketika sy bagi Rm50 untuk byr brg sy beritahu yg sya ada Rm50sen kerana sy banyk syiling jadi sya mahu bagi Rm50sen then cashier tu dgn slamber mnjawab sy " tidak payah, tidak payah" dgn nada yg kasar Dan muka yg marah. Kalau cust Btl2 tda duit kcil ndakan kamu mau paksa? Kalau ya pun banyk syiling tdk mahu menerima syiling, bole ja ckp sory miss kami pn banyk syiling, tidak perlu mau buat muka marah then ckp dgn nada yg kasar, first of my life lah jmpa cashier yg bgini kurang ajar

Says sentiasa pergi melanggan di Watson Pragin Mall (co no 289892v) Penang yang berdekatan dengan kedai Guardian. Saya tidak puas hati dengan pekerja yang bernama Shikin, mukanya selalu garang dan tidak sopan. Saya harap Shikin ubah perangainya melayani pelanggan. Terima Kasih

07.08.2021 pukul 12 tengahari, saya ingin memasuki premis Watson Amanjaya. Sebelum masuk saya ingin check in My Sejahtera Aps tetapi pekerja yang menjaga di pintu masuk minta saya menjawab soalan. Saya pun buka dan menunjukkan e-certificate lengkap 2 dose vaksin kepada beliau. Selain itu, dlm profile juga menyatakan saya low risk. Tetapi beliau tidak bagi saya masuk juga ke dalam premis kerana saya tidak jawab soalan beliau. Saya confius apa yg saya patut buat sebenarnya dan saya terpaksa beredar dan meninggalkan Watson dan berhasrat masuk ke Guardian saja di situ. Saya mohon agar pihak Watson tidak terlalu rumit kepada pelanggan yang sudah lengkap dose vaksin, ini kerana apabila terlalu rumit, pelanggan sudah tidak berminat dan shopping ke drug store yg berhampiran. Terima kasih.
