Please let me know what’s the minimum amount to open a VIP fixed deposit account

I went over to UOB, seeking pertinent information, but left, extremely annoyed and with unanswered questions. The bank officer was the most unprofessional and appalling one I had ever encountered; dressed and made up, with wonderfully manicured nails, but could NOT competently assist in any enquiries at all. On top of that, she had no qualified sense of privacy, etiquette, or working ethics, as she literally talked at full lung strength, thus enabling everyone in that tiny space of UOB to hear, what was meant to be, very personal information. I exaggerate not. What's the point of appearing good, when you do your workplace and clients no justice in failing to carry out basic principles, ethics, and values? Also, UOB, what a horrible experience it has been, dealing with you lot as a whole. No answers, no beneficial service at all.
