We find staff very friendly & very very helpful. Prices are much much lower than elsewhere with good discounts & record. Good brands & products. All my pet's needs can be purchased under one roof at 'U r my Pet House'. So easy & so relief. Highly recommended store.

Friendly boss n staffs. They have special discounts for members n it is one time membership fee. But they also have offer / discounts items / foods for public. Most of their items are cheaper as compared to other pet shop. It can be quite a crowd during weekends. Has been their customers for more than 10 years
