Pn Zaza one of the staff on the counter, she is really awesome and very experience on handling my case of refunding the amount of bill payment that i accidentally paid onto a wrong account number. With just a few seconds she had identify where my unifi bill payment when to, or else i have to suffer such a big amount for my monthly bill. Thank you Puan Zaza keep up the good work. She is very friendly and helpful too. Thumb up keep up the good work!

Salam.. Bbrapa bulan yg lalu sy tsalah buat pmbayaran bill unifi di acc yg lama.. acc tersebut sudah close.. sy terus ke TM point pasir gudang utk mmbuat aduan.. Puan Zaza yg mndengar aduan sy.. Dia ckp nnti pmbayaran akn dimasukkan ke acc yg baru.. Alhmdulillah bln ni sy tak perlu mmbayar bill unifi.. terima utk service yg trbaik dari Puan Zaza..
