Staff made our stay even memorable. Round the clock service. Spa is incredible. Sunset is amazing. Breakfast buffet is a must with plenty of local fruits and international cuisine.

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful hotel pure luxury. Fantastic rain forest, pool's, game rooms & other facilities. One highlight was horseriding along the beach, pure magic. My luggage was delayed. The hotel gave me spare emergency clothes packs, so so kind. The staff are beautiful warm people. In particular guest manager Khairul Bariah, went the extra mile in making this stay fantastic. Thank you all for a wonderfull stay. 5* excellent. Well done x Edel Ireland.

Amazing place, stayed in the Ocean wing for our Honeymoon, most amazing experience. Climbed Mount Kinabalu too and had the balcony bath to come home too as well as the best hospitality I have ever encountered. Hope to come back one day when the children have left home

In a word Excellent! Very large private balcony with a double terrace bath (great for a rainy day). Sunset, scenery, hospitable staff in all departments and the resort is well designed providing peaceful areas. Good restaurant experiences and local etertainment at the Tapi Laut. Despite the rainy season wish we had a few more weeks; not possible to become bored but one has your be fit to experience the resorts conservation park. Appreciated the 24/7 room service as lunch timings would not suit all guests. A big thank you to everyone in all teams.

We left this beautiful hotel yesterday and I honestly did not want to leave. What friendly staff and a truly beautiful setting. We hired a car for our 6 days we stayed in borneo so we could explore borneo but I could have easily stayed at the hotel. We found a deal online for a ocean wing premier room with an amazing view of the sea. From the moment we arrived we where greeted with a smile to the hotel. A drink placed in front of us very soon after arriving and waiting to get our room. We got alot of 20% discounts for everything to do at the hotel. One day we decided to stay at the hotel and chill out. Went to the pool after breakfast and the staff always made sure we had a drink as it was a hot day. I went to the spa for an amazing massage for an hour while my partner stayed at the pool. Then we went on a jungle walk which I highly recommend to anyone. An amazing view of the hotel from up the mountains. I am already looking forward to my next visit to the hotel. The only thing I wasn't too satisfied about was the breakfast we ordered to our room which was cold. But all in all an amazing hotel. Currently in the shangri la in Kuala Lumpur and it doesn't compare to rasa ria resort. For anyone wanting a holiday to stay at the hotel there is so much to do at this hotel. So many activities to do as a family and the breakfast is amazing!!

Fantastic resort. The new Ocean Wing is heaven on earth! Loved the bath tub in balcony and of course the winner was the 3km natural white sand beach

After our busy Schedule since arriving in Borneo we were looking forward to relaxing for a few nights. The Rasa Ria certainly accomodated us in that department. As it was our Honeymoon we chose the exclusive Ocean Wing and our room was amazing as was the whole resort. I can't thank the Malaysian people enough for their part in making our honeymoon so wonderful, they are an amazing people always warm, smiling and friendly. I would reccomend the Rasa Ria and Malaysia to anyone who is looking for something special.
