Cons:
1 Space is a bit tight for barbell training, but overall fine as it was not crowded during my visit.
2 No proper squat rack for doing compound lifts, and a weight bench(replaced my routine with overhead press though) - Smith machine is available, but still wont be the same as lifting free weights.
3 No 1.25kg plates - (2.5kg increments), 5 kg increments is a bit nerve wrecking (or maybe i'm not aware of the presence of the 1.25 kg plates ><)
3 Not sure about the need for standard olympic plates as i am short i.e. when doing deadlifts i guess other guys might have a demand for it, but i hardly see the presence of these plates in local gyms.. so does a 15kg olympic barbell for ladies - maybe a plus point to have these available for gym-goers
Pros:
1. Friendly good looking staffs - they are definitely fit and knowledgeable
2. New clean equipment, great atmosphere for workout
3. Saw a few calisthenics equipment installed which is really cool
4. Not sure about cardio machines though*
