Love the pool there. It's big and it's not full, so you always get your own lane. Yes it's a bit more expensive than other pools, but then again the shower rooms come with decent soap, lockers. Then one fine day I decide to leave my goggles in the shower room and forget to take it home. Called them and they went to look for it, and I got my goggles back! Love the service. Good job Mr Hong and his team!

need to review back your front desk staff . been a members for two years now . still the attitude does not change . hardly to see them smile . make me feels like i'm begging them to let me in . find someone with a good pr to sit on the first line of your customer care support . the only thing that keep me going to stay as a members of the club is because it's near by my office . recommend to others ? absolutely not

Hi I'm member of The Club, always there for gym training however all the gym equipment at ground floor has been squeezed into 1st floor gym make it very pack and limited space for us to workout. Not to mention the special workout area set up outside recently it's outdoor without aircon. The most annoying part is i always bitten by mosquitoes around the the area. Hope the management can do something or make it indoor. I hope can renew my membership at The Club next year else have to go back to commercial gym if the issues are not solved. Thanks.

The swimming pool has been very dirty despite telling the guards. I saw used tissue and yellow dirt stained floor. and I just think the service is not up to par with what I am paying for.
