Dear Cinema Administration,
Please have a small light at the staircase as my daughter had a fall from the stairs inside the cinema and sprain her ankle badly while going to the seats.
Now we are at HUKM Hospital, for a xray to see if there's a fracture.
Please, i would request for a light to be lit up at the stairs of the cimema.
In fact, in all Cinemas( in Malaysia)

Assalamualaikum ,maaf nak cerita sikit sebab tiada maklum balas dari pihak TGV, jadi saya cerita di sini..tempoh hari saya beli teckit wayang pada 17/10/21 2:37pm tuk tayagan pada 20/10/21 (cerita akan main). Sehari sebelum cerita ditayangkan pihak TGV ada call beritahu bawaha pada 20/10/21 Aeon Rawang akan d tutup pasal ada kes covid..Nama petugas customer service yg call saya ialah Akmar Azieani..dia bagi tau detlis pasal belian teckit saya..mmg betul ..dan dia minta details bank card no tuk refund balik duit tersebut kata nya ..dia hantar email tuk saya isikan details Nama dan no card account bank ..dan saya isi ..saya tanya berapa lama process tuk dapat balik Duit..dia bagi tau 14hari bekerja..ok saya tunggu..sekarang sudah 21/11/21..tapi Saya masih tidak dapat apa apa jawapan dari pihak TGV Cinema mengenai isu ini ..saya banyak kali email tiada jawapan juga..nak pergi Aeon Rawang suami bekerja..Harap pihak TGV dapat reply email saya secepat mungkin..Ada sesiapa lagi dekat ini kena kes yg Sama macam saya??

The hall is super big and the environment is very clean which I love the most. Highly recommended.
I've been working there almost one year before continue study. The environment quite busy with lot of people especially during school holiday. The hall are big and comfy, the screen is wide and the sounds are good. Highly recommended TGV Cinema to others.
TGV is expensive from ticket price to concession. However TGV more cinema types and option, that suit specific need.
quite expensive if compare to mbo and gsc. if there a new movie release, maybe it will be RM19
