Team PowerHouse Fitness

I had the opportunity to visit Team Powerhouse Fitness during a recent visit to Palau Penang. TPH is an awesome gym, this place is absolutely massive compared to most gyms I have joined and has so many facilities and classes yet maintains a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The staff, particularly Agnes, were all very helpful and certainly know there stuff and the location is excellent and easy to find (look for the huge sign on the front of the building). There was no language issues at all, and aside from English, I believe they have a number of other languages covered as well. I travel between Australia and Malaysia frequently and will certainly be back.

Rico won a silver and bronze medal for gi and no gi division for fight under the weight of 70- 76kg. It is a very good gym from my heart deeply and the equipment is very quality. The last thing is I need to thx my sifu johnson, thx him for motivate, guide my diet and train me . I cant lose my body fat without him. I successfully drop from 85kg to 70kg in just 7 weeks with proper diet and training. Thank you all!

Love it! Awesome people; lots of equipment that ensures you don't have to wait; clean and very well maintained; great amenities such as sauna & steam room; exciting group classes. This place has it all! Come check it out!
