A nice leisure place for a good rest or city escape. Highly recommend. Good customer service, clean and comfortable accommodation. Provided cycling service for couple or family to nearby village and get some souvenirs such as handmade mee, biscuits, tau fu fa and etc. Can register with them if you're interested to go rainbow waterfall.

Staff is good in assisting us and the room is neat and tidy. We have an enjoyable trip with T-box in our trip to Rainbow Waterfall

Location was good, relax. The price was a bit expensive, it is not really clean in the room. They dint offer kitchenware yet they hav in room kitchen

Just out of town..not too far. But far enough to experience a quiet stay. The Japanese concept rooms are very nicely done. Highly recommended.

I went during a school holiday so it was considered as the peak season, relatively the price of the rooms was hiked up as well. I rented the Japanese double room for 3 d 2 nights and I would say the room is pretty decent! It's air conditioned, It has a queen bed on the floor ala tatami style, a walk in wardrobe, a private bathroom with heater, a kettle, TV, mini bar , and also a small coffee table for two. The room is uphill facing the whole area and u can drive your car and parked just in front of your room so it's much convenient. Room overall is clean and they do provide early breakfast as early as 5am! Specially catered for early birds who are going to the waterfall/hiking bukit panorama. Tasty breakfast as well although the variety is limited. Staffs are friendly, they even lend us their motorcycle for free so that we can hv a short ride to the town for dinner that's very kind of them! However downside of it: there's no wifi in the room and my mobile data was very bad at that area ; there's no really 24hr reception service as I tried to call them multiple times around 6am for some urgent matters but noone picked up; they don't do housekeeping so our towels were not changed and mini bar was not topped up for that; price for Japanese double room is rm227/night which I find a little bit expensive for the facilities and overall condition they provided. Overall a good stay but hopefully they will revise the price!
