We bought Norwegian Salmon Sushi, however the size of the sushi rice was bigger than the salmon I had. Plus the sushi rice was not cooked properly and was not soft. even when the air conditioner was in the outlet, I could not feel it. In addition, need to wait for a long before the staff cleared our table that had been used by customers before us. We also ordered yakiniku and chicken nanban bento, however the chicken nanban was not cooked properly and was quite chewy, making it difficult to eat the batter and I just ate the chicken. Additionally, several sushi items are not available on the menu. I hope your outlet can improve in terms of meal preparation and SOPs. Thank you.

Service very bad, actually service charge is what for customer? Food take myself, water take myself, even tissues take myself, finally staff told you tissue finish stok....

All of their sushi taste very nice, affordable price. loves their bento too
