My wife and I couldn't sleep and was struggling to concentrate between work and family commitment but now we have better clarity and what each of my kid can do and what they like. My daughter was diagnosed with a genetic syndrome. She could not even sit for a minute, she likes to move a lot. She had a lot of behaviour problems.I had only one wish - to improve her sitting tolerance and speak few functional words. I had search been to different speech therapist even in Singapore but there was not much of a difference but I met Sharon few years back and attended her parent awareness workshops and one to one speech therapy sessions. My daughter is much better, could sit longer to 30 mins and attends group speech sessions which I never thought at all. My daughter is able to use AAC along with some functional words. Excellent Speech Therapist with sound knowledge. She made my wife and I understand what is happening and what should be done.
