It's a pleasant stay here with all the caring and lovely nurses & staffs. It's a bonus to have Dr Vivian and Dr Maha during the stay. They are both wonderful, helpful and professional. We're so lucky to be here!!! Will definitely be back soon! Thank you!!!

Basically, Serenity Confinement Centre provides excellent services. Improvement on the nursing services would be perfect. Thanks to the team for all the excellent services provided to us.

Overall I am happy with my stay in Serenity. One thing which you can improve is the TV facility. Staying for one month without TV is quite boring. To turn on the TV is quite complicated and end up I didn't manage to watch.

Environment is clean and comfortable. I can relax and have a good rest during my stay here. Special thanks to Dr Vivian, all nurses, Annie, Angie, Madam Ng and Kakak.

Your nurses some are well trained but some still blur. Annie is a nice person and always ask us what we need and received our comments and feedback. Overall is considered excellent.

I had the best confinement experience staying in Serenity compared to my previous two confinements. Staying here is like having a month long carefree holiday, surrounded with wonderful, helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Nurses will always make sure baby is well taken care of and when mothers are being too tired they will always step in voluntarily to help take care of baby so that mothers can have some rest. I also had a peaceful mind knowing the doctors here are always checking on babies, my wellbeing and health progress. Especially for first time mothers, doctors attentiveness and professional advice will put you at ease, knowing you and baby are in good hands. Madam Annie, the admin staff, will always be there to help out and console mothers with difficulties, keep you out of boredom and make sure mothers are comfortable staying here in Serenity. While the chefs are always here to check on mothers having enough food and mothers likings on the food, they are also open to any suggestions in order to improve and adjust to mothers preferences. Even the helpers here will go the extra miles when you need a helping hand and make sure your stay is a happy and memorable one. Serenity has also engaged with a team of masseurs that will cater for your needs covering problems from unblocking milk ducts to increasing milk supply, relieving of stiff neck/shoulder/headache, expelling wind in the stomach, slimming and guaranteed an 1.5 hours of relaxed and quality sleep! Last but not least is getting to know a bunch of great and fun mothers sharing, encouraging and caring for each other as comrades to make your breastfeeding journey not so lonely and a successful one. Generally in Serenity, it is like one big fun and caring family staying under one roof. From the bottom of my heart, a big thank you for taking care of me and my baby for the whole month. Will definitely recommend Serenity and spread the good words to others.
