Very poor service attitude and punctuality. I booked the bus for a round trip to KLIA 2, but both times it was not on time. They even got angry on the phone with me. On the return trip, I had to wait for almost 2 hours before the bus arrived, and they had to contact several different people to arrange it. Their reason was that they didn't understand what I was saying. I had made it clear from the first day when I took the bus to KLIA 2 that our return flight would land at 12:30 PM, and I asked them to be there waiting for us by then at the latest. On the day of our return, I called and texted them several times to remind them, but we still had to wait for almost 2 hours for the bus. Moreover, their service attitude was really terrible. I definitely do not recommend them.
