Putra Medical Centre , one of the best hospital available

In all the three times my father was admitted here, the doctors, the nurses and all the support staffs were very courteous and helpful. My family and I were very thankful. It made paying the high bills less painful.But today.... one staff spoilt it all for me. I was there to request for a referral letter to take my father to a government hospital, because Dr Chan recommended us to another specialist, the kind that is not available in your hospital. She was rude, she made me wait while she chatted away. She looked away when talking to me. When I tried to explain that I need the letter urgently, she looked at me with an angry face and said, "2 minggu surat siap!". And I repeated, I need to take my father to HSB, can you please put a note or something to say that it is urgent. Her eyes suddenly got bigger and she said "biasa 2 minggu siap, kalau awal siap, kita call" and she turned away. I left because I do not wish to make a scene. I will call the clinic tomorrow and beg them to expedite the letter. Thank you.
